Introduction: It is widely recognised that staff motivation and morale can be improved by an away day where staff mix together and are involved in a number of problem solving tasks, designed to be challenging, both physically and mentally, all requiring team work, communication and trust, while ensuring that the important fun aspect is not forgotten.
Fastrax has been involved in team building selection events for a number of years. Fastrax events manager Kevin Mitchell is involved at a professional level in team building, having managed events for Shell, BP and M.A.N. Trucks, amongst others. We would discuss the format in detail to confirm specific requirements ie: scoring, style of event, team size etc.
