Firstly it is completely different from any other vehicle ever built. A powerturn is not steered by the front wheels, but by the rear wheelsrotating at different speeds. In fact one wheel can be stopped and the other rotated at full speed for very fast spins and doughnuts. Just to make things more interesting, when you open the throttles right up it pulls a wheelie.
